For the last fifteen years, FOCE has gathered the top white-collar practitioners for off‑the‑record, in‑depth discussions on the most important developments in white-collar criminal defense.
At the 2026 FOCE, held May 13-15 in Nashville, Kobie co-led the session “New Trial Tools for Trump 2.0.” The session examined emerging defense strategies in light of shifting Department of Justice (DOJ) priorities. The discussion focused on tools proven to be effective at the pre-trial, trial, and post-trial stages—from motions to pardons.
